The Modern Day I-Hop Robin Hood

Meet William F. Powell (If that aint a heroes name then I don't know what is) a 27 year old IHop waiter who resides in Brooklyn. Well as of recent good old Willy has gotten himself into some hot water or O.J so to speak. WIliam was arrested this month after he allegedly gave out 3,000$ in free drinks to his customers. He is facing charges of grand larceny as well as criminal possession of stolen property when ivestigators asked Powell about the crime he was quoted as saying the following “I am the modern day Robin Hood, I am not stealing, I am serving the ones in need, I take from the rich and give to the poor,”. He then went on to say “What’s the big deal? I’ve been doing this since I started here.” In my opinon I don't think he deserves jail time or to be arrested I think firing him and banning him from IHop for life would be good enough. I mean this guys going to be labled a harden criminal all because he didn't want to charge people for drinks in my book he's a bad ass waiter #FreePowell
