Off Duty Officer Bites Mans Ball-sack During Fight

Last night on Cinco De Mayo off duty officer Micheal Flaig who works for the Anne Arundel County police force got into a fight with a unknown man at this time over a woman and at some point during the fight officer Flaig thought it was neccesary to bite the guys nuts. The man who got his balls chomped on called 911 at about 11:47 claiming a man had assaulted him in the alley behind the bar. The stated the incident started when Flaig wouldnt stop sexually touching the mans female roomate so Flaig attacked the man after he told him to stop "The Baltimore Sun" was quoted as saying " As the victim started to walk home north in the 700th block S. Linwood Street, police said Flaig ran up from behind and attempted to punch him in the face, but the man ducked. Flaig then pulled him to the ground, during the fight the victim straddled over Flaig keeping him from getting away when Flaig bite the mans testicles". Another eye witness saw she spotted Flaig with blood stains on his shirt Micheal Flaig has had a decade long career with the Anne Arundel County police force and is now being charged with second degree assault but he was only put on "paid leave" ever the fuck that means....
