Wheelchair Bandit At Large

A bank in NYC was robbed Monday afternoon at around 2PM by a man in a wheel chair who according to eye witnesses just rolled on in and gave the bank teller a note demanding cash. The unknown wheel chair bandit made off with 1,200$ and still hasn't been caught a picture of him shows he was wearing old jeans and a grey hoodie and maybe some sort of cloth covering his face. There was also speculation that the man who robbed the store used the wheel chair as a prop.... My question is why didnt anyone just knock him down? There were no reports of him having a weapon.... That means he just rolled on into a bank with a note and rolled on out with 1,200$. You know what that bank may have deserved to be robbed if it could be robbed by a man in a wheel chair with no gun or knife.
