Ryan Duff #StonedIceCreamMan

This past Friday Ryan Duff (24) was arrested after parents called Eerie County Sheriff Department complaining that he was driving around in an ice cream and yelling at children. When police finally caught up to Ryan Duff and arrested him they found out that he was only wearing underwear and thats it. Police also assumed he was under the influence so they charged him with a DWI among other charges. Ryan Duff was released to a sober driver and is currently awaiting a court date.
