Gremlins 3 Update

Also star of both Gremlins movies Zach Galligan further confirmed the move when he sat down with Games Radar at a screening of the first gremlins. Zach was quoted as saying“It’s not going to be a reboot. It will not be a remake in any way, shape, or form.”

Zach also spoke about Chris Columbus who wrote the original film by saying “Chris Columbus has come out and said that the first film is very near and dear to his heart and as long as he is alive it will never be remade.” With that being said what is Gremlins 3 going to be exactly? Well turns out

Gremlins 3 is going to follow in the footsteps of jurrasic world by being more of a continuation then a sequel or remake. Zach Galligan confirmed this by saying the following to Games Radar " So the only thing they will be - and apparently are going to be - doing is something along the lines of Jurassic World, where it will be 30 years later.” When Galligan was asked if he was expected to be in the third installment he just playfully said “I swear on my life, I don’t know if I’m in it or not, but I think there is probably a decent chance since I’m one of the few people left standing from the first movie.”
