Meet Leonard Eugene Smith a 21 year old York,Pennsylvania resident whose only dream was to drive an ambulance. His dream came true when he saw an ambulance parked outside a home in York,PA. Paramedics had just gotten off there unit to get a handicapped patient who was having breathing problems and when they returned Eugene had already taken the ambulance. Eugenes down fall was he didnt notice the ambulance had a camera with a tracking device which led York police to his location. The president of White Rose Ambulance Jim Arvin said the video showed good old Eugene "having a good time" and that he seemed very excited. Eugene may not be very excited after he finds out hes being charged with felony theft and a misdemeanor count of endangering another person. His bail is set at 75,000$ and by the way the handicapped patient with breathing problems made it to the hospital after another ambulance was called. Damn Eugene hope you had a fun time driving that ambulance.
