Keep Your Pants On!

You know the old saying "You should always have a clean pair of underwear on"? Well that saying couldnt be an more relavent to Croatain politician Ivan Zvonimir Čičak who was receiving a human rights award early today from Crotian president Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović. As Ivan posed for a picture to remember this monumental day his pants suddenly fell to the ground. Talk about an epic fucking fail poor guy was so excitied he forgot to put a belt on.
