A small city by the name of Exeter which is located in Britain has its very own cemetery flasher! An unknown man who is suspected to be in his late 30s to early 40s with dark hair and a medium build was spotted by a local cemetery. Local Exeter resident Sadie Ellicot has spotted the man on three different occasions stating “There’s something very strange about him,” she told South West News Service. “He’s very creepy, and he looks back at you to make sure you are looking.” Sadie also stated the last time she saw the Cemetery Flasher was on June 4th this time however she filmed the perverted bastard and handed her video over to the police. Sadie had this last statement about the incident “I want to get the word out to warn other ladies who walk home on their own.
