Rambo Reboot In The Works

According to THR (The Hollywood Reporter) Nu Image/Millennium Films are moving forward with there plans to reboot the successful action franchise Rambo. The studio already has a working title for the film "Rambo:New Blood" which is a subtle nod to the original Rambo:First Blood. Nu Image/Millennium are also going to get an all new actor to play the Rambo character and are also going in a "james Bond" type direction with the character. Which im assuming means that whoever the new "Rambo" is well have the mantle passed down to them or at least have some knowledge of the "Rambo" before him. Set to direct Rambo: New Blood is Ice Man director Ariel Vromen and in the writers seat is newcomer Brooks McLaren who has several projects in the works. As of now there is no release date on Rambo:New Blood but im guessing will get a release date before we get an announcement on whose going to be the new Rambo.
