Incredibles 2 Update!

The sequel 14 years in the making is finally going to happen! Incredibles 2 is scheduled to hit theaters on June 15th 2018! However not that much time has passed for the super hero family according to Pixar chief creative officer John Lasseter the Incredibles 2 takes place literally a minute after the first film. Lassester said the following during an interview with IGN.Com.

"It starts right as the first one finishes, so it just carries on," Lasseter said He went on to say "It starts with the Underminer and a big old set piece. You know that at the end of the first movie when he comes up and you see the family dressed as superheroes, well that's where start this movie."

According to John Lasseter, Brad Bird will be returning to write and direct the sequel he also was quoted as saying that Incredibles 2 is "such a special story." Personally we can not wait to see what Bob and the rest of the family are up to after all this time.
