Deadpool 2 Stops Filming After Fatal Stunt woman Accident

After yesterdays fatal accident involving one of the stunt women on the set of deadpool 2 the film has shut down production. The accident was a result of the currently unnamed stunt woman loosing control of her motorcycle and crashing into a window.

The decision to shut down production of Deadpool 2 comes from an ongoing investigation the Vancouver police is currently conducting. According to an article on Deadline.com the stunt in question was the "very first" stunt of the film. The article also stated the stunt woman was portraying Domino it was also said that she was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident. The duration of the investigation is currently unknown at this time. Which means there is also no exact time when Deadpool 2 will resume filming. In our opinion we feel like this is the best decision the studio could have made even if this means the release date for Deadpool 2 is pushed back a little bit.
