Super Troopers 2 Finally Happening!

That's right ghouls and gals the long awaited sequel to the 2002 cult hit Super Troopers is finally coming to the big screen. Earlier today the production company behind Super Troopers and Beer Fest (Broken Lizard) made the announcement via there official website. Broken Lizard also announced when Super Troopers 2 would be hitting theaters. We can expect to see car ram-rod ride again on April 20th 2018. We are more than sure Broken Lizard are aware of what that specific day in April represents. So be sure to enjoy 4/20 by going to your nearest movie theater to watch Super Troopers 2.

According to the films IMDB page all of the original actors from the first film are involved in the sequel. Even the director of the first film Jay Chandrasekharn who also plays Ramathorn is returning to direct. The films plot is as follows " When a border dispute arises between the U.S. and Canada, the Super Troopers are tasked with established a Highway Patrol station in the disputed area."
